The New Life Volunteering Society functions in a variety of ways to help the great Chicago Area. This includes health literacy, tutoring, the free clinic, and a variety of other projects. We aim to serve the disadvantaged populations of Chicago in the best possible way. This includes providing robust health care to the 256,000 uninsured inhabitants of Chicago through primary and secondary prevention of chronic medical conditions. Although we are staffed with highly trained, motivated, and altruistic volunteer teams of local health care professionals and doctors in training, the continuous functioning of the clinic also requires the magnanimous support of donors. These donations go a long way in providing the medicine, laboratory equipment, and critical preventative care services that benefit the local community and the greater Chicago area.
As a supporter of our NLVS, you can make a large impact through a small donation of your time or funds. Our 501c3 status allows for tax-exempt charitable donations. Each dollar you provide goes directly to services that positively impact the health and quality of life for uninsured community members and helps reduce the burden of chronic disease in Chicago
